Pricing
A written quote before you commit.
We do not publish a price list we cannot stand behind for every case. You get the full cost in writing, for your exam at a named hospital, before anything is booked.
What your quote contains
One document, no later additions.
- The exam
- Scan type, body area, and whether contrast is planned.
- The hospital and date
- Where and when the appointment is.
- The hospital's fee
- To be confirmed: how the hospital fee is quoted and paid
- Our service fee
- To be confirmed: service fee amounts
- How to pay
- To be confirmed: accepted payment methods and currency
- Changes and refunds
- To be confirmed: cancellation and refund terms
What changes the price of a scan
These are the questions we ask so the quote is right the first time.
- Which exam
- MRI, CT and PET-CT are priced differently.
- How many body areas
- Each area is usually a separate exam.
- Contrast
- An exam with contrast costs more than one without. The doctor decides whether it is needed.
- Hospital and department
- Fees differ between hospitals, and between a hospital's general and international departments.
Insurance
We do not bill insurers. If you plan to claim the cost back, ask your insurer before you travel which documents they need, and tell us in your request.
