What this website collects today

This website is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies and loads no analytics or advertising scripts. Reading it does not require you to give us any information.

The request form

The request form is not live yet. When it opens, it will ask for your name, contact details and the exam you want. It will not ask for medical records, images or symptoms, and we ask you not to send them through it.
